The Arkansas Graveler is a new, annual gravel cycling festival across rural Arkansas.

Emphasizing state parks, public lands, community giveback, and cultural experiences unique to the Natural State, this route will travel deep inside what makes our state one of gravel's best-kept secrets!

It’s an invitation, bringing together cyclists, local communities, chefs, creatives, families and friends.

As your hosts, we find ourselves continually inspired by our native terrain, where exploring landscapes is our way of life. Our goal is to evoke the ultimate sense of freedom by bike with an unforgettable grassroots adventure.

Welcome to the Natural State!

The Arkansas Graveler is owned by The Ozark Foundation, a charitable organization focused on creating fun and enriching outdoor experiences in Northwest Arkansas that elevate the region as a better place to work, live and play. The event is co-hosted by the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism, the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission, and the Arkansas Department of Commerce.

The concept for the Graveler began with the idea of a multi-day gravel route connecting the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville to Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. No small feat, the 340-mile route winds through hidden pockets of Arkansas where the true gravel gold awaits.

The route itself will knock your cycling socks off, but it’s the emphasis on live music, community activation, culinary focus, and outdoor experiences that make the Arkansas Graveler so much #morethanARide.

The Arkansas Graveler Event Director

Meet Queen of the Arkansas High Country and former UCI Pro Cyclist, Scotti Moody. Scotti has raced professionally around the world but loves calling Arkansas home.

With the support of The Ozark Foundation, Scotti has ridden all over the Natural State to locate the most scenic, rural roads and the most welcoming host communities.

Working to build the Arkansas Graveler has been one of the greatest joys of my cycling career. After having raced professionally around the world, this is my chance to give back to the sport, the people, and the landscapes that have given me so much. This event ties together many rural communities I’ve ridden through and love, bringing all my training, touring and racing days full circle. I’m excited to reveal how amazing our gravel is, but more so, the homegrown hospitality of Arkansas as we showcase locally sourced cuisine, outdoor recreation, and folksy entertainment you can only find here.”
