You may wish to make midday purchases at local restaurants, Mom & Pop Shops, and small businesses. In fact, we highly encourage it, as this helps us connect and support the communities we pass through along the route. These types of stops are on your own dime.
While we provide a place for you to tent camp using your tent, you can book private accommodations if you'd like to sleep in a nearby Airbnb, hotel, or motel. Please keep in mind, you must self-transport to these accommodations.

The rider limit for 2026 will be 400 for the full-course, 50 for the Half Grav, and 50 for Non-Riding Participants.
-
Participation in this category allows us to fully accommodate family/friends who want to support or tag along for the adventure (but don't want to pedal). Non-Riding Participants are required to provide their own transportation from venue to venue each day.
Your entry in this category includes:
-Daily breakfasts when served to the riders
-Same Community Dinners as riders
-Afternoon/evening craft beer and beverages
-Graveler swag bag
-Nightly entertainment
-Outdoor recreational experiences and spirited competitions (fishing, archery, crafts, etc)
-Tent camping alongside the riding participants
-
We limit registration in the rider categories to 14 and older (teens under 18 must be accompanied by a registered riding adult guardian or a non-riding participant guardian). Riders under the age of 21 will have a special wristband designating legal drinking age and will under no circumstances be served alcohol at any location.
In the Non-Rider Participant category, we allow children to tag along! Children under the age of 8 may accompany a registered adult participant at no additional charge. Children ages 8+ must be registered the same as an adult participant to attend, but may participate in all the activities with their families.

Refunds/Transfers/Deferrals:
We understand things come up and plans change! We do our best to give you a flexible refund/deferral program. However, the Arkansas Graveler is a complex, large-scale multi-day event. We enter into numerous pre-event contracts with cities, venues, caterers, entertainment producers, and ride support teams. Please see our refund policy below:
Between April 2, 2026 - August 2, 2026:
Riders from any category may receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Refunds usually process within 3-5 business days.
Between August 2, 2026 - September 8, 2026:
Any category participant may transfer entry within the same category to another rider, for no additional fee
Participants may defer to 2027, but must repay 25% of next year's entry fee when registration opens for the following season. Deferral requests must be received in writing to info@arkansasgraveler.com prior to September 8, 2026. You will receive a discount code for the following year that provides 75% off your entry.
Due to the complexity of this event, we cannot honor deferral requests received after September 8, 2026 unless proof of extenuating circumstances is provided.
