Go the Distance

Be ready for the 340 mile challenge ahead. This 20-week coaching program is written by former pro-road, ultra-endurance athlete, and Arkansas Graveler course designer, Scotti Moody.

The training plan is built for the cyclist who has on average 6-10 hours a week to train, with suggested additional "large volume" weekends to test your ability as the event grows near.

The Structure:

You will receive a daily plan to follow, starting with a test week February 5th to set your own zones during week one. The plan factors in 1-2 complete rest days per week that you can tailor to your own schedule. Heart Rate and Cadence are the primary focal points throughout and are highly recommended. Power workouts are included for those who train with watts. The plan also includes two short core/strength workouts you can perform anywhere with no equipment needed.

After you've purchased this training program, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to begin. The plan starts the first week of February and leads into the final week before the Graveler event.
